Keeping a symptom tracker may prove very useful to share details of how long you’ve been experiencing your concerns.
Make a note of any new or different physical or psychological experiences you face, along with the time of day they arise and if these conditions worsen.

If you haven’t been tracking your concerns before now, though, don’t worry! It’s never too late to start – and don’t let it delay your GP appointment.
